This offset umbrella is a great value, high quality and comes packaged well. However, there were no assembly instructions included (with the umbrella I received anyway)although it wasn't all that difficult to figure out. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced unit. Hayneedle provided prompt and convenient service.

The product is used over table on pool deck.
360 degree turning ability is very useful. So far have not found anything that is to good. To early.

I hesitate to rate the product this early since I just received it last week - and this is the main reason for 4 stars.

Regardless of the umbrella, customer service at Hayneedle is superb and delivery only took a few days and was free (this is a heavy product!).

The umbrella appears to be great quality and was simple to put up.... took about 5-10 minutes. It goes up and down quickly and comes with a nice cover that also is pretty easy to put over the top.

I bought four 16" decorative pavers that were about 50 lbs each (200 lb total). That might have been enough, but when I tugged on the umbrella with quite a lot of force - trying to simulate a gust of wind, it felt as if the umbrella could topple, so I ended up buy 2 more pavers (300lb total) and stacked them on the far side.

I can't comment yet on how this product wears, or if it will really be sturdy in the wind, because it has been nice and calm out this past week.... but the product seems to be of quality. We ordered the olive green umbrella, and it adds just the right amount of color.

It has only been a few months, but the umbrella has worked out perfectly and we have no regrets. It covers a small seating area in our yard and only takes a few seconds to retract and secure for bad weather. Sometimes it is just a little thing that makes a product standout and I was so glad to see that it came with a protective cover that was more than just a selling point. It drops right over the whole assembly very easily and zips closed in seconds. It easily goes back into the pouch without having to know any special folding tricks. Also a very thoughtful touch is the set of rods to lift the cover on and off. Thankfully, there are more companies that are following the "it just works" mantra these days.

Timely delivery! Great price! I looked everywhere for a square offset in a fashion color and found it a such a good deal. The pole is very secure and the fabric is thicker than I expected. Thanks Hayneedle!
