3 reasons to own an oval patio table

1. Halfway between a rectangle and a square, oval patio tables are the best of both worlds. Squeeze people in without putting anyone at a corner, but don't waste all that center space like the circular tables.

2. Large round tables are nice, but large oval outdoor tables mean you're closer to the person across from you, which translates to less shouting. Except, of course, for the two people who are lucky enough to sit at the heads, and they probably don't mind.

3. When walking by a square patio table made of, say, wrought iron or resin wicker, you may experience a snagged piece of clothing or an unpleasant, sharp bump. Not so with an oval patio table.
