About Asian Fir
Asian fir has characteristics very similar to Cedar. Well known for its combination of stability and light weight, it is commonly used in furniture, both here and abroad. While being naturally weather-resistant, it may be further stained or finished to endure and age gracefully for many years. If left unfinished, the wood will fade to a silver grey when used outdoors. Like Cedar, the grain is usually straight and displays prominent growth rings and knots.

I ordered looking at photo and description saying it was natural - when I received it item was stained. I contacted you to return and not have to pay $9 to return item. I should not be charged to return item since it was not as described!

Bought two Adirondack chairs, but didn't notice that they had a deal where you bought two chairs, you get the table free. Customer service was awesome and shipped me out a table at no cost, including shipping. I varnished both the chairs and the table for added durability, if not the beauty of the wood would have been destroyed by the elements. Recommend either painting or varnishing with an indoor/outdoor varnish. I also bought a locking device to put under the two piece top that folds to make sure if someone lifts the table up on either end, it doesn't break the dowel that connects the two top pieces.

I love my Adirondack style side tables. I ordered them to go with my Adirondack glider. They compliment it perfectly and look great on our porch! They are well made, sturdy and the perfect size. The first table I recieved was damaged & Hayneedle sent out a new table quickly and without a charge. It's great to deal with a company that gives you good values and has great customer service.
