Your Terra furniture frame comes with a 10-year structural warranty when properly maintained in ordinary home use. Terra will, at factory option, repair or replace any Terra aluminum furniture that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance. Proof of purchase is required. All warranties apply to the original owner only, and begins with the date of purchase. Terra will not be liable for the shipping or packaging charges to or from the factory on any warrantied items past 1 year.
Terra furniture offers a 3 year warranty against blistering or peeling of the frame finish under normal use and proper maintenance. Terra will, at factory option, refinish or replace your Terra furniture if either of the above occurs within a 3 year period from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All warranties apply to the original owner only, and begins with the date of purchase. Terra will not be liable for the shipping or packaging charges to or from the factory on any warrantied items past 1 year.
Terra offers a 1 year warranty on the quality of the craftsman and construction of the cushion. Terras limited warranty does not include fading or discoloration on fabrics or textiles.
This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight or shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, mildew, glides, freeze damage, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, if the furniture is used for commercial purposes or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined above.
Warranty applies for a period of 2 years when Terra furniture is used commercially. This warranty applies to frames and finishes only, cushions are not warrantied for commercial use.
