15 year warranty to the original end use consumer on all wrought iron furniture purchased for normal residential use. This warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. This warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. The extent of the warranty is to cover the material and/or workmanship of the furniture frame and welds. This warranty does not apply to umbrellas, cushions, strapping, alternative tops or fabrics. 3 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all alternative tops purchased for normal residential use. The warranty is void if the alternative top is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the alternative top has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. 1 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all cushions and umbrellas purchased for normal residential use. This warranty is void if the cushion of umbrella is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the cushion or umbrella has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. This warranty does not apply to fading or discoloration of the fabrics.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 50% restock fee and any return shipping costs. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
