Product Guarantee
15 year warranty to the original end use consumer on all wrought iron furniture purchased for normal residential use. This warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. This warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse.
The extent of the warranty is to cover the material and/or workmanship of the furniture frame and welds. This warranty does not apply to umbrellas, cushions, strapping, alternative tops or fabrics.
3 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all alternative tops purchased for normal residential use. The warranty is void if the alternative top is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the alternative top has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse.
1 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all cushions and umbrellas purchased for normal residential use. This warranty is void if the cushion of umbrella is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the cushion or umbrella has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. This warranty does not apply to fading or discoloration of the fabrics.
