The Compass Grand Mosaic Dining Set is aptly named because everything about it, from the materials, to the craftsmanship, to the scale, is grand. A mosaic tabletop of marble, travertine, and slate features a compass-inspired design of creams, golds, and charcoal that's sure to please. This large rectangular table will comfortably accommodate the four side chairs and two armchairs that are included in this set. All chairs have a wrought iron frame full of exceptional details. These slat-back backrests feature a top horizontal bar with a graceful swirl wrapped around it. Even the legs were not overlooked as they feature a fun little curl at the base. The table base has not been overlooked either. This wrought iron beauty features graceful curls and curves of wrought iron that demonstrate a real commitment to true craftsmanship. All wrought iron frames have a classic black powder-coated finish that will stand up to the elements beautifully. Ivory-colored cushions with chair ties are included to add comfort to this stunning set.
Natural travertine, marble, and slate are combined with hand-forged wrought iron to create the striking tabletop to this charming bistro set. The mosaic tiles are hand-set and grouted with industrial adhesives for maximum durability. The top is then finished and sealed with an industrial-grade sealant, called Fluorocarbon, for superior protection. Natural wear and tear of elements may lead to blistering of the silicone top seal and natural aging of the tile materials.
Table base and chair frames are dipped in a zinc-phosphate bath and then E-coated to help create a weather-resistant coating to delay the onset of rust. All wrought iron pieces are quality-checked for strength and durability. Iron welds are ground for aesthetic appeal. Finally, a powder-coated finish is applied and baked onto the iron for stronger color and protection.
Included cushions are foam wrapped in Dacron. Inner cover is a white polyester bag and outer fabric cover is a polyester-cotton mix which is water- and UV-resistant.

Typical Wear and Recommended Care
Mosaic Tabletops:
Small cracks in grout, small holes in stone surfaces, and color oxidation are common reactions to nature and under normal use have no impact on product quality. Clean mosaic surfaces with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly. If the surface is stained with wine or coffee, wipe away immediately with mild soap and water. Do not use detergents or chemicals to clean surface as this will damage the tabletops' protective coating.
Wrought Iron Frames:
Wash frames with a mild soap and water only. Rinse and dry thoroughly. It is advisable to treat the frames with liquid wax for maximum protection against UV light. Do not use any chemicals or abrasives to clean furniture, as this may affect the finish.
When not in use, it is strongly recommended to either cover frames/tables with furniture covers or store them out of the elements. This action will protect the surfaces and prolong its original appearance.
