Crafted from responsibly harvested FSC certified wood, the set sports a deep dark Java Brown stain that will add charm and character to your outdoor setting. While the chairs feature generous seats and slatted backs for maximum support, the water- and fade-resistant cushions take your comfort to a whole new level. It comes with a spacious 62-inch square table and your choice of matching benches or chairs to seat your guests in luxurious comfort throughout the meal. Designed to retain its appeal even years down the line, this patio dining set is just what you need to enjoy summer to the fullest. Some assembly required. Umbrella and rug can be purchased at check-out. Nine foot Frankford Umbrella may be purchased separately (product number SFS009).
FSC Wood - Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified forests are managed to ensure long-term timber supplies while protecting the environment and lives of forest-dependent peoples.
Outdoor fabric is water- and fade-resistant. While the fabric is highly water repellent, if left out in the rain or under sprinklers it will absorb moisture where there is stitching. We recommend storing or covering when not being used. If the cushions do get wet, stand them on their side and allow the water to drain out of the stitched seam. To clean, use mild dish soap and water, do not use harsh chemicals.
Java Stain finish will weather over time and wood will take on a silvery gray patina (common to all outdoor wood). This is not considered a defect. The wood can be oiled twice a year to maintain finish -- available at local hardware stores.

Wipe clean with soft cloth and water solution made from mild dish soap. Natural Stain wood will need to be oiled twice a year to maintain brown finish, otherwise it will weather to a silvery gray over a period of time. We recommend storing the furniture in a shed or garage in harsher climates.

I must have dropped the stupid wrench 100 times. The screws are really long so it takes a lot of turns.The set is relatively good quality. Some of the chairs are not flush with the ground though; perhaps this will work itself out with some use. I think the price is a little high for what you get, but I must admit, it looks really great on our patio. It has a nice vacation-y feel to it.We needed a set that was square and at least 5 feet each way in order to sit under a dangerously low ceiling fan. We had a hard time finding big square tables, but this fit the bill. [...]

I purchased this product because I liked the way that it looked. I was excited when it came, because it seems like the wood was heavy and durable. We have not used it enough to know for sure whether or not it is truly going to hold up. We have had some problems assembling it. The screws are striping, so we are unable to push them all the way in. This is making some of the furniture wobbly. I also was somewhat disappointed with the finish of the furniture. It is not as smooth as I would have liked. I am nervous that after a while outside, we will be getting splinters...we will just have to wait and see! Since the cost was at the lower end of what we were looking at, I think it was a good value for the money.

This set not only looks goods but is super heavy weight and functional. It went together easy with a drill & allen bit. It seats 8 and has plenty of room of plates and family style service. Highly recommended!

It was easy to assemble. Definitely use a drill or it will take you a long time to assemble. Well built screws 4 inches long. The allen wrenches don't really fit the screws. I could see the furniture wearing out if you weigh over 250 pounds as with any furniture.

Q1: We live near Seattle, WA. How does this wood hold up in wet weather? Would like it to last more then 5 years.
A: The Cabos Collection Square Patio Dining Set Natural Stain finish will weather over time and wood will take on a silvery gray patina (common to all outdoor wood). Can be oiled twice a year to maintain finish - available at local hardware stores. Eucalyptus is insect- and rot-resistant.
