Wipe clean with soft cloth and water solution made from mild dish soap. Natural Stain wood will need to be oiled twice a year to maintain brown finish, otherwise it will weather to a silvery gray over a period of time. Painted black finish will weather the elements and is designed for outdoor use; freezing and thawing may cause the paint to crack.
