Recommended care and maintenance: While this cushion fabric is highly water-repellent, if left out in the rain or under sprinklers it will absorb moisture along the stitching. We recommend that you cover the cushions or store them indoors when not in use. If the cushions do get wet, stand them on their side and allow the water to drain out of the stitched seam. To clean, use mild dish soap and water, do not use harsh chemicals.
Brown Stain finish will weather over time and wood will take on a silvery gray patina (common to all outdoor wood). This is not considered a defect. The wood can be oiled twice a year to maintain finish. Wood oil will be available at local hardware stores.

Just received the order, putting it together, one of the chairs (currently on # 3) is broken, waiting to hear back on how to rectify the situation.
Pillows for the back so far are not with the order, as I thought they would be, but still waiting to hear.

Was really pleased with quality of furniture
Really well made. Easy to assemble also although directions were a little vague.So if your not a little handy u might have a little trouble getting things together the right way.A screw gun with an Allen tip is a must to save time.Love the look everything fit together perfectly.I would definitely recommend this. Love it. Cushions look great too.Very happy with hay needle would use them again for sure.

there were some problems putting this together...some of the holes where not lined up and we had to drill them out...versus taking them all apart and sending back

The set is attractive, however, I was a little disappointed with the quality. One chair was broke when it arrived and some of the cushions do not fit properly in the chairs.

We received this set with the table damaged twice. The first table was sent back and replaced - the second table wasn't as damaged so we decided to keep it and repair it ourselves. We were compensated $39.00 The set is very good quality; however the chairs are a little too massive for the table - they barely fit under the table, and it's impossible to pull them up to the table once you are seated. We had already put spar urethane on the unassembled parts (to preserve the finish) before I realized the difficulty using them, so was unable to return them. I subsequently ordered some backless bar stools from another source, and hope they will match so we can have usable seating. The chairs will have to be side chairs I guess.
