Frame Maintenance


Cleaning this set is so easy. Simply wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water, and dry thoroughly. A clear automobile wax can be applied to smooth frame finishes to provide better protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air.


Cushion Care


Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water, and air dried. Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. Please note that some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty.


About Sunbrella Fabric
Sunbrella fabric is breathable and water-repellent. If kept dry, it will not support the growth of mildew as natural fiber will. It's easy to clean, requiring simple dusting off and soap and water.



Sunbrella fabrics have been tested to provide up to 98% UV protection, depending on depth of color. Whites and lighter colored fabrics provide less protection than darker fabrics. This protective factor is inherent to the product and will not diminish through use or exposure to the sun. Sunbrella furniture and umbrella fabrics have been awarded the "Seal of Recommendation" by the Skin Cancer Foundation, an international organization dedicated to the prevention of skin cancer.
