    I had been looking for quite some time for something to store my patio furniture cushions and protect them from sun and weather, but wanted something that looked a little nicer than the standard white plastic storage box. This is definitely plastic, but looks like resin wicker with a nice deep espresso color that matches most of the current wicker patio furniture out there today. It fits 8 decent sized cushions from my 4 chair high top patio set. I am buying another one for my outdoor dining furniture. Easy to assemble and by far the nicest one I've seen - especially in this price range.

    I thought it was to be weather proof; however, the lid does not close securely. That isn't waterproof/weatherproof.

          Purchased to store deck cushions. Have checked after several rains, and so far, inside of box has been perfectly dry.

          Service and delivery comments:

          Placed the order on Friday - expected delivery Saturday based on "countdown" on the website "Order in the next 10 minutes for delivery TOMORROW". Confirmation on order screen also said it would delivered Saturday. When we did not receive it Saturday, I e-mailed customer service & asked why. The reply was "I do apologize for any confusion the estimated ship out date presented. The item you ordered normally states that it will ship within 24 hours. The deck box ships out of our warehouse in Ohio, so although delivery is fairly quick since you are in Tennessee, there is no way it would be delivered same day." In the first place, I was not "confused" about the estimated ship date; it was plainly stated on the website. Secondly, I was not interested in what it "normally" states, only what it DID state when I placed the order. Lastly, I did not expect it to be delivered the SAME day, only the NEXT day as promised on the website. It did not even ship until Monday. We did receive it Tuesday, and while I was irritated that the "have it tomorrow" promise on the website was apparently only a bait and that I was told I was "confused", I was still appreciative of the free shipping.
