I ordered my curtains for a special outdoor event in plenty of time for their arrival. According to Customer Service, the shipping label was printed but never taken to shipping. They never shipped -- until I inquired about the fact that FedEx information seemed stalled. Customer Service then put a rush on the curtains hoping that they would arrive at least the day before the event so we could steam them and hang them in time. They arrived the day of our event, too late. When I asked for return instructions, they actually asked me if I needed to return them. Definitely returning [$] in curtains I did not get in time for my event. I do want to thank Edward, though, from Customer Service, who was very pleasant and did everything he could to help me. It was a trying ordeal for both of us.

I ordered two (2) pair for my patio in the "SPA SPRAY" thinking that the color would be in the aqua blue/teal family with a WHITE stripe. What arrived was something in a dark teal/green shade and the stripe is yellow. I have not taken them out of the package so I do not know how they actually look muchless the quality. However I did think about keeping them knowing they would fade out over the summer but that color, for me, would be even more depressing.
Also geting Hayneedle to work with me on just returning them has been unpleasant.

I ordered two (2) drapes to use on my back porch in the pictured "Spa Stripe" thinking it would be akin to aqua-marine with white stripes. What I received was two packages of drapes in the color of a dark distressed/wierd teal containing yellow stripes. I have no idea of the quality in that I did not even open the packages. Also Hayneedle.com's Customer Service was rude on the phone when I called about returning the product. Having never ordered from this place before I did not realize the stated "order number" on the packing slip was not relevant to them when asking for "return" information.

Product seems to be very well made. Only change I would make is have the bottom weighted. But there is an opening that a broom handle can be put in the curtains to provide the weight needed to aid in it not blowing around as much.
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered the Admiral Kiwi which was solid Kiwi color. But I received the Eclipse Kiwi which is striped. It is still nice looking. so I am not going to worry about returning or anything.
