This will be a big help to me. Putting it together was somewhat of a challenge as the instructions are not very clear. Once I quit trying to use the instructions word for word it went together nicely. You just have to use common sense! Putting it together took about 30 minutes. Thinking about how to do it took about 45 minutes!

Acceptable Glider for the Price
The manufacturing of the first glider was faulty. The soddered casting connection points were twisted and therefore screw holes did not line up with connecting points. We called Hayneedle and they were very responsive....Read complete review
The manufacturing of the first glider was faulty. The soddered casting connection points were twisted and therefore screw holes did not line up with connecting points. We called Hayneedle and they were very responsive. Sent us a second glider (we had to charge it) and sent us a shipping label to send one back. When they recieve our returned package we will get a refund on the first one. The second glider arrived and we replaced faulty parts from the first with those from new chair.
The glider looks great on our deck and is comfortable. It seems to be working well and we are looking forward to relaxing in it. For the price we paid, I think that we will be happy.

The assembly instructions looked as if they were printed with a printer suffering from extreme ink depletion.

Though the directions were barely visible (low toner when printed???), the glider went together easily and we are enjoying it every day. Nice woven pattern that mixes easily with our other outdoor furniture. Delivery was really quick!

this glider is perfect for the patio. The high back works to give sunshade. I get lots of compliments on the way it is "glideless" and the appearance.
