No assembly whasoever other than attaching the cup holder.
Within minutes we were enjoying them on our newly installed patio. The adjustable pillow is a nice feature as it allows the pillow to satisfy the individuals height.
Compared to other lounges that I have seen, these are made very well. The locking feature os also a nice feature.
Another great purchase from Hayneedle and delivered free.

Just received a replacement order for a defective recliner and it , too, is defective. The adjustment knobs under the arm rests do not move. Consequently, the recliner only positions to a recline! Only one recliner of the three ordered works! Where is your quality control department? When Hayneedle prepared to send me a replacement lounger, why didn't quality control examine it before sending it to me? I am frustrated and annoyed with my inconvenience.
On Sat. Oct.28, Ashley has ordered yet another recliner but told me that she is requesting that this lounge be tested before being sent to me. My original order for two Zero Gravity Recliners is #6589461320696.
