The Del Rio is a classic set for outdoor relaxation. All pieces are crafted from durable wrought iron to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use, and covered in a state-of-the-art primer and powder-coated finish. The cushions are extra-soft for superior comfort, and available in a several patterns to match your personal taste. Many of the cushion fabric options are top-of-the-line Sunbrella fabrics. A sofa is included with this set, and will comfortably seat three guests. Everyone will always have somewhere to set their drink thanks to the included coffee table. For your other two seating options, you have the choice of two lounge chairs or two spring lounge chairs with gentle rocking motion. Both choices offer comfortable deep seating, and superior style. Coordinating toss pillows, ottomans and end tables can be included at checkout.

Wrought iron is extremely strong and durable, making it a tremendous value because you'll enjoy years of comfort and low-maintenance. Because of its weight, wrought iron furniture is not as susceptible to wind and weather conditions as other types of materials. This wrought iron furniture features a state-of-the-art epoxy primer system. This special primer system is the same system used by Detroit automakers to prime car metal before the paint is applied. After the furniture emerges from the primer system, it is thoroughly coated with one of our popular powder-coat finishes. Frames are fully welded, giving your furniture additional strength and durability.

Cleaning and Caring for Sunbrella
Regular maintenance is the best way to keep your Sunbrella fabrics looking good and delay deep, vigorous cleaning. Brush off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, and wipe up spills as soon as they occur. For light cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution and a sponge, allowing your cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue and allow fabric to air dry. Most of our furniture, such as chairs and chaises, are ready to use right out of the box. Some pieces may require minimal assembly and will come with an instruction sheet concerning the assembly of your particular product.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

Wrought iron frames should be washed with an automotive type soap and thoroughly rinsed. It is recommended that at least twice a year, you wax your frames with an automotive type wash/wax, or more specifically, one with both the wash and wax in the same bottle, and follow the directions provided by the manufacturer. The frames should be rinsed thoroughly to remove any residue. It is strongly recommended that before waxing the frames, the frames should be inspected for chips in the finish, which may occur under normal usage. Any chips or scratches can be easily repaired by following the instructions on the back of a can of touch-up paint. Cushions and umbrella fabrics can be cleaned with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Do not bleach. For umbrellas, occasional waxing of the middle and top pole (with car wax) will prolong the life of the umbrella pole, and will make it easier to crank. Allow umbrellas to air dry before closing. Do not leave umbrella open when not in use. How to care for Outdoor Fabric Q: Is Outdoor Fabric waterproof? A: Because outdoor fabrics are designed to be breathable, they are water-repellent, but not completely waterproof. Over time, water repellency can be refreshed by using 303 High Tech Fabric Guard. (www.303products.com). Q: How often do I need to thoroughly clean my Outdoor Fabric? A: The best way to keep outdoor fabrics looking good is simply to clean them as needed. Rinse off dust, dirt, and spills as soon as they occur, and spot-clean any heavier soilings as soon as you detect them. Occasional rainfall will help keep your outdoor furniture clean. Removable cushion covers may be machine-washed in cold water with mild laundry soap and air-dried. For more stubborn stains, outdoor fabrics can be cleaned with a mild bleach solution. Q: What about mildew? A: Mildew will not grow on outdoor fabrics unless food, dirt, or other organic matter is present on the fabric. Keeping your outdoor fabrics clean is the best defense against mildew. Bleach solution and other mildew removers will not harm your outdoor fabrics, so removing mildew is easy if it becomes necessary. Q: Can I put wet fabric in the dryer? A: Outdoor fabrics do not absorb water and are designed to air-dry very quickly - usually within a matter of minutes. A clothes dryer is unnecessary and should be avoided, as this can overheat and shrink the fabric. Q: Do Sunbrella furniture fabrics provide UV protection? A: Sunbrella furniture fabrics are the only fabrics that have been tested and proven to provide up to 98% UV protection from the sun's harmful effects when used in shaded environments. Sunbrella furniture fabrics have been awarded the "Seal of Recommendation" by The Skin Cancer Foundation, an international organization dedicated to the prevention of skin cancer. For Stubborn Stains and/or Mildew Outdoor fabrics do not promote mildew growth. However, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign, organic substances that are not removed from the fabric. To clean stubborn stains that don't come off with spot-cleaning, follow these easy steps: * Prepare a solution of 1 cup bleach and 1/4 cup of mild soap per gallon of clean water. * Soak affected area in solution for 20 minutes. * Remove stain with a sponge or clean towel. * Rinse thoroughly. * Air-dry. Re-treating Sunbrella Fabric Sunbrella fabrics have a special finish that enhances water repellency. This finish is designed to last for several years of normal use, but can be refreshed anytime with 303 High Tech Fabric Guard, the preferred re-treatment product for Sunbrella fabrics. 303 products can be used effectively on other outdoor fabrics as well. Helpful Hints Be sure to protect the area around your outdoor fabrics whenever you use a bleach solution, as bleach may discolor surfaces and non-outdoor fabrics. Always rinse your fabrics thoroughly to completely remove bleach and soap. Outdoor fabrics air-dry very quickly. Machine-drying is not necessary.

This warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. This warranty also becomes void in the event the furniture has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. The extent of the warranty is to cover the material and/or workmanship of the furniture frame and welds. This warranty does not apply to umbrellas, cushions, strapping, alternative tops or fabrics. 3 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all alternative tops purchased for normal residential use. The warranty is void if the alternative top is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the alternative top has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. 1 year limited warranty to the original, end use consumer on all cushions and umbrellas purchased for normal residential use. This warranty is void if the cushion of umbrella is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been abused. The warranty also becomes void in the event the cushion or umbrella has been damaged by acts of God, calamity and/or misuse. This warranty does not apply to fading or discoloration of the fabrics.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
