Maintenance and Care Instructions

Wipe clean with soft cloth and water solution made from mild dish soap. Natural Stain wood will need to be oiled twice a year to maintain brown finish, otherwise it will weather to a silvery gray over a period of time. Painted black finish will weather the elements and is designed for outdoor use; freezing and thawing may cause the paint to crack. We recommend storing the furniture in a shed or garage in harsher climates.

This product has a 2 year limited warranty that covers workmanship and material quality of the furniture frame. Cushions have a 6 month limited warranty. This product is NOT intended for commercial use. Commercial use of this product will void any existing product warranty.

Great set. We shopped around a lot and this is by far the best product for the dollar. We bought the set for our sunroom. Other similar sets are double the price. This set is extremly well constructed and durable. The assembly issues that others have had can be easily overcome by buying an allen wrench bit for your cordless drill and it makes assemply a breeze. So a few bucks cuts the assembly time down to an hour or so for all 5 pieces combined. We also bought the round table and chairs and are very happy with that as well. We got the striped cushions and are happy with the color as compared to others that have gotten the plain khaki/yellow color. All in all very happy with this set.

Great Look. Have had it for one month. Great price, [...] and value. Cons- Pretty difficult to put together - two of the bolts stripped and still can't get all the way in. Cushions are tinted a little more yellow than we expected - but looks great with some added pillows. Overall pretty pleased with the purchase and have received lots of complements. We will see how it weathers over time and puts up with daily use. But since it's used in a screened porch we believe the set will look great for a long period of time.

We purchased many pieces of a major retailer's Chesapeake collection for our patio and deck and this line looks almost similar. The quality is nice, but the surface of the wood is not as smooth. It is sturdy and the cushions are comfortable and the price is less than half that of the major retailer's. The bolts are a little tough to install and one of them actually is stripped. [...]
