Even if someone invented a fifth season, it would still be the perfect time of year to gather around the Meridian Classic All Weather Wicker Conversation Set with Granite Fire Pit. At the center of this set is a 40,000 BTU gas firepit with a porcelain-coated steel firebowl surrounded by a solid granite top. Removable wicker panels let you access the propane tank that sits on a pull-out shelf, and a hidden panel gives you access to simple, automatic ignition. Around the fire pit you'll be relaxing on four curved benches made of resin wicker over a rust-proof aluminum frame. Resin wicker has all the appearances of traditional wicker, but with a polymer composition that will resist moisture, weather and aging. Khaki seat and back cushions for each bench are covered in fade-proof, all-weather solution dyed Olefin fabric, making these the perfect seats in any season. Two side tables are made with the same resin wicker and aluminum frame construction (glass not included). Please note that the wicker of the fire pit and benches are very close in color, but because of their differing manufacturers, there may be a minor variation in color. Each bench weighs 29 lbs., with a capacity of 500 lbs.

My family absolutely loves our new set and fire pit. The fire pit is gorgeous and easy to put together. We like the versatility of the benches. This is a larger set and fills our back patio nicely. Quality seems very good, and assembly was overall very easy. Just need another person to assist if available. The shipment was well packed and delivered quickly. Overall very pleased, and will be shopping with Hayneedle again!

This was a great purchase. I was a little concerned about buying this on line and not seeing it in person but my daughter and I did a little local shopping and realized the same set was in a local store but Hayneedle was much better priced. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was offered help from my kids (teenagers) to assemble because my husband is not the handy type and it has parts where you need two people. I must say all went well we just had to wait for Dad to get home to help turn the fire pit over (you assemble upside down and it is heavy).
It looks and works great. My daughter sat on it for the very first time and said "I feel like I'm on vacation"
Hayneedle is great for customer service. They send you a personal e-mail and a contact person for any issues. Our only problem was the vinyl cover for the fire pit was the wrong size but I contacted Tanya J. and it was resolved in a few days. Awesome customer service! Thank you so much.
I wish it had a vinyl cover the shape of the cushions so you could stack the 4 bench cushions and cover them since they don't fit in a deck box.

The color is a lot darker than the picture. Pretty much looks black. Quality is not the best. When putting it together some of the screws wouldn't go in all the way because of faulty holes. Overall disappointed. We'll see how it holds up.

The material wasn't as high grade as the price indicated. The assembly was time consuming and difficult if not impossible to do by myself.

This set arrived today. It took me about 45 minutes to put all the sofas together. They went together easily with a little elbow grease. It took my husband about the same amount of time to put the fire pit together. The whole set looks fantastic on my patio. It is very well manufactured and I can see us using it for years to come. Very pleased!!
