The furniture is great except that the small plastic knobs that hold the glass on the table were not all there and therefore made it uneven and the same with the foot rest. It was missing a plastic piece on the bottom that made it uneven and wobly as well. We fixed them ourselves and they are great.

im thinking about ordering another set. The side table isnt sturdy enough for my cedar deck on the ocean. But i found other uses for it. The Chair and Ottoman are bigger then i expected, which is a good thing. The first time i went to sit in the chair i actually fell asleep in it LOL it was THAT comfortable. The cushions are super cozy and you can snuggle right in. If you are a bigger person its nice too. it holds alot of weight. Seems well constucted and very sturdy. From the look and feel of this set, i will be enjoying it for many years to come. Im going to buy waterproof covers for the cushions though because i dont trust that it will be safe in the rain. and im gonna get an outdoor furniture cover for when it storms. i think this may ensure the longevity of my purchase. and if not, papasan cushions are easy to replace. Do i think it was worth the price? a resounding yes

This Wicker Outdoor Papasan Chair Set is made to last forever I believe. It is so comfortable I will move it to my family room to lounge in when Winter sets in.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery man was oh so nice and explained to me what to do if there would happen to be any problems as the box had a small tear in it, but everything was fine. He also said that Hayneedle makes pretty sturdy products.
