I spent MANY months researching affordable patio sets, & had read all reviews on this one before purchasing, - thus was expecting thin/potentially uncomfortable cushions - however, am very pleased - quite comfy.
*Note: delivery person simply leaves box where you ask them to put it. Upon opening, you may think pieces are missing - they have just packaged so efficiently, that pieces are hidden within pieces(check within all couch parts, for cushions and ottoman). Have owned for less than a week & not sure yet, how it will endure Florida weather, however, I will simply use all-weather wicker spray paint, to re-coat, should it fade.
Overall: I absolutely love it, and recommend as a great conversation set(my son and I sit on it for hours with our laptops). I would not recommend for families with rough & rugged kids - would probably not hold up if anyone was jumping all over it.

I am so disappointed with this purchase! The cushions are not only NOT water repellent they absorb water like a sponge and get moldy! They also faded very quickly. No I do not intentionally leave my cushions out in the elements but I do obviously use it for my patio set and expected more for my money. I contacted Hayneedle shortly after purchasing and described the issue with the cushions and was dismissed with a curt reply saying there is nothing they can do. Recently my husband was about to throw the cushions away when I told him I would try contacting Hayneedle again about how to get replacement cushions. Again I was dismissed with a curt no there are none. This leaves me with an expensive pile of garbage. Hayneedle gets very poor marks for Customer Service. 0 stars.

Must say one thing. We got the brown set, same price. It was delivered in good condition. We really like it alot. Looks great on patio.

The couch came in poor condition. The wicker was broken in many places. I tried to fix it with a glue gun, but its not like new. I would sugest a better quality purchase

Pleasantly surprised to find all merchandise in one box; it all came out looking great and looks nice on my screened porch. The sofa is roomy and I can't wait to find my hubby taking a nap on it! Glad I found it!
