Sophisticated, stylish and right on trend, the Delphi All Weather Wicker Conversation Set features a deep, dark, chocolate brown frame juxtaposed by vibrant aqua cushions. The frame consists of all-weather resin wicker over a powder-coated, rust-resistant aluminum frame. These materials are both highly resilient and require virtually no maintenance. In addition to the chic color combos, some other things to love about this set is its contemporary design with rounded arms, capped with resin wood accents, and slightly flaring lines. The glass top coffee table makes for a contemporary centerpiece and it even features a lower shelf for storage ... so it's practical, too. The loveseat and the two lounge chairs include seat cushions and four toss pillows are included as well. The back pillows feature the solid aqua fabric from the seat cushions . These pieces all ship in one box - some assembly is required.
While this cushion fabric is highly water-repellent, if left out in the rain or under sprinklers it will absorb moisture along the stitching. We recommend that you cover the cushions or store them indoors when not in use. If the cushions do get wet, stand them on their side and allow the water to drain out of the stitched seam. To clean, use mild dish soap and water, do not use harsh chemicals.

We spent weeks searching for an upscale-look set for our small patio, but were so disappointed with lack of options (most love seats are too big), prices (most "acceptable" options cost thpusands more), and colors/patterns (too many were plain ugly)!! Due to the excellent reviews, FREE shipping, and return policy, we thought we'd take a chance ordering unseen and online. SO happy we did! The pillows are thick and comfortable; the colors are much richer than how they appear online ( friends swoon over the rich, gorgeous turquoise - it's so hard to find); the proportions of the pieces is excellent for our smaller space, and no one would ever guess we didn't spend thousand on the set. Only two reasons we didn't give it 5 stars: assembly was challenging because screws were not aligned well with holes, so it took longer than expected and hoped for, and one of the caps for a foot on the love seat was missing. The company doesn't keep spare parts, but told me where i could find a replacement piece at the local hardware store, AND gave me a $45 refund for the inconvenience. Questions were answered within 24 hours as promised, and my service rep (Michael) was outstanding. The quality of service alone warrants extra kudos, as good service is extremely difficult to find these days. Do yourselves a favor and order. With a little patience and some humor, you'll soon be enjoying a lovely, high-end look, comfortable and gorgeous deep-seating set.

I relocated my travel agency to a larger office. I needed a sitting area for my clients as they wait. I actually found this set a few months ago but waited to order. I shopped around but kept returning to this one. I finally ordered and the item arrived quickly via freight.The set is beautiful and sturdy but there are a few flaws. First, the screws do not match up to the instructions and it took a while to assemble correctly. Holes were not deep enough or non-existant. The pillows for the back are definately not quite the same. They came squashed and more flat, so when someone sits they are forced away from the set. I have been placing books and a heavy chair back to flatten them which has worked just a bit. Also, the final note is the beautiful coffee table which was the final seller for me. It sits nicely BUT the glass sits on top and we are in a high traffic area. I will need to find something to make sure it does stay put. Right now it seems firmly placed but I do want to reinforce this. All in all, it is BEAUTIFUL! I wanted something that looked lovely. I compared to sets from [@], [@] and [@]. The wicker is beautifully designed and the coffee table does not look 'cheap'. I will probably replace cushions soon, but it does the trick as I prepare for my upcoming Open House. I do recommend, and best of all the Hayneedle Customer Service which has helped me with a few of my hiccups on this set.

I love the lines of this set. The detailed resin wood arms make it unlike others I have seen in the marketplace. The set comes all in one box, and took me and my husband about 45 minutes to construct. Once the set was put together it looks exactly like the photograph. The blue color is softer in direct sunlight, and has some nice detailed stitching that I did not see when we ordered. The cushions are not firm enough for my liking, which is why i only gave 4 stars.
The set was delivered to our door 2 days earlier than the estimated delivery date originally stated!
Overall we are very pleased with the set

I received my order fairly quickly but was extremely disappointed to find my delivery came with no manual or assembling parts. I immediately called Hayneedle and requested the parts be sent out on rush. It's now been 4 business days and I still have yet to receive them. I have not seen the assembled set so cannot comment on comfort, design, etc. Although, I was startled with how bright turquoise the cushions are - not at all the muted blue in the picture.

I like the looks of it. The quality is somewhat cheap!
Difficult to assemble. We had to go buy extra screws as we were short. The cushions are not the best and not very comfortable. I will have to get new cushions.
