The shipment came right on time as stated. The furniture works perfect for my patio and is actually nicer looking than what it appears on the pictures. Nice colors, well constructed, no shipping damage or marks. Had a couple problems with one or two screws, but then used an old trick my father taught me, a drop of dishsoap in the holes makes it easier to turn the screws! I treated the wood, looks great and anticipate many years of comfort with this furniture.

Purchased seating for seven to replace eleven year old wood set. Style is very traditional, cushions are comfortable and color stain used on wood is attractive. Wood is soft, not at all what I expected. Several pre-drilled holes for allen screws stripped with little torque. Screws heads round out easily (soft metal). Wood is not sealed and for outdoor use you will need to seal it. We used Teak Oil. Finally, the chairs have no skid pads on legs. If you are placing the furniture on a surface that is open to the weather, you will need to fix hard plastic skids to the leg bottoms. One cushion has stains that will not come out. All in all, probably would not purchase had we know the lack of quality and workmanship. It took a lot of work to make these work.

It's beautiful and comfortable. Didn't put it together myself so can't comment on ease of assembly. So happy! So affordable!

We purchased the Cabos sectional set which included 2 convertible arms and 4 sections(armless chairs), the corner chair, the coffee table and one end table and ottoman. We also purchased the matching club chair and an additional end table. The coffee table was missing a dowl hole but I put it together without it and seems fine, and I stripped one bolt head from another table and am using it without the bolt. I was able to assemble most pieces by myself without much difficulty. My husband cut the end off one of the included allen wrenches and was able to make a drill bit out of it which did make it much easier but still had to finish screwing it in by hand. The colors are true to what you see and I was able to purchase coordinating outdoor throw pillows quite easily without having seen the set in person. The seat cushoins are 6" thick and are very firm at first. They do smash down and come back up like memory foam but loose their firmness rather quickly. The corner piece, the back cushions do not fit together quite right. You can see the wood in the corner. They fit together at the bottom and then a small V-shaped section of the corner wood starts to appear. The two back cushions should have been tapered to make a better fitting corner. After a few weeks we are still pleased with the purchase. It is in a patio so can't comment on the weather proofing. We wanted outdoor furniture because we live very close to the ocean and bay and the humid air is a problem. So far we are pleased with our purchase. [...] The chairs with convertible arm can be used without the arm or can be used as sectional pieces. Overall, well worth the money.
