Recommended care for cushions: Clean cushion fabrics with a solution of one cup mild detergent mixed with four gallons of water. Use a sponge to clean the cushion fabrics and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow fabric to air dry. As general maintenance, avoid allowing dirt to build up on cushions. To keep cushions looking their best, store or cover them when not in use for an extended period of time.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

General Care & Maintenance:

Never use cleansers, abrasive cleaners, or bleach products to clean any portion of your furniture, including frames, glass, and seating material.
Clean and dry thoroughly before storing for the winter. Always drain any water that may have accumulated inside the frames.
Protect you furniture with commercially available outdoor furniture covers when not in use. If your furniture is being used in areas of intense sun exposure or hot temperatures, heavy pollution, or where birds and trees are plentiful, covering your furniture is especially recommended.

Warning: When using an umbrella with a dining table, always use a sturdy, heavy umbrella base. Always remove the umbrella from the table when not in use. Never open the umbrella in windy conditions.

Care & Maintenance/Cast Aluminum/Aluminum Frames:

For regular cleaning: Clean with mild soap and water and a sponge or soft cloth.
To restore luster on finish: Use a clear liquid automotive wax to protect and to restore luster on the finish. This is recommended at least once a year.
If covering nicks and scratches: Rub lightly with fine steel wool for better paint adhesion. Wipe clean. When using touch-up paint, shake well and use thin coats. Let paint dry between coats.

All TLC products are covered under our manufacturer's Limited (5-2-1-1) Warranty, which includes: the 5-Year Extended Limited Warranty for all frames, the 2-Year Limited Warranty for paint finish, and the 1-Year Limited Warranty for fabric and all-weather wicker.

All furniture manufactured or sold by Terrace Living Company, LLC under the brand name of "TLC" is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and when product is purchased from an authorized dealer. If a product manufactured by Terrace Living Company fails structurally due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use within the terms of our limited warranty, Terrace Living Company will repair or replace the item at no charge. Structural failure due to rust or rusting on the general frame is expressly excluded from this limited warranty. If a product or item is discontinued or not available, we reserve the right to substitute similar products of an equal or greater value than the original item. Terrace Living Company reserves the right, in all cases, to issue a monetary credit for the original purchase price of the product in lieu of replacement. Proof of Purchase (detailed receipt) or photography may be requested for finalization of claims on a case-by-case basis.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
