This product has a two year limited warranty that covers workmanship and material quality. Broken tilt, cords and cranks are included in this. Umbrella ribs are excluded from this warranty and not covered. Wind damage is not covered under any circumstance. Replacement ribs and poles can be purchased for non-warranty related issues. Sunbrella has a three-year warranty against fading, Suncrylic and Olefin have a one year warranty. We will replace any products found to be defective within two years of normal use. Only specified umbrellas are designated for commercial use and warrantied for commercial use. Non-commercial umbrellas used in a commercial setting will not carry a warranty.
