Recommended care and maintenance: Hose off to clean and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. If the powder coat finish does happen to chip, we recommend touching up with Rustoleum type paint that can be purchased at any larger hardware store. If left out in the elements, the wrought iron frame can rust over time - this is normal and happens with all wrought iron furniture.

The chairs are sturdy and comfortable enough, especially the two rockers. The stationary chairs are stiff and upright, but will work well for a meal.
The table is a bit shaky on its legs. The legs are difficult to position correctly to prevent the table from rocking. The hardware supplied for mounting the table's legs is inadequate with allen type screw heads that strip easily. I bought better hardware (eight 1/4"-20 stainless screws 1 1/4 inch long, with eight 1/4" nuts and sixteen washers) which made adjusting the legs easier.

I've had a Woodard patio set that spent 5 years in the sun and snow of Colorado, and the last 12 years in Florida. It was sturdy enough to stand on, but I would be afraid to with this set. The construction seems flimsy to me compared to my previous set, and the table and a couple of the chairs have some indentations from shipping. Far from the quality that I had hoped for.

Not happy with time it took to receive item. First received item today 11/26/12.since I have received several E/Mails with promotional discounts. When I called to see if I was eligable for the discount, seeing that I did't receive the order. I was told that the promotion was only good for the day of the E-Mail. your representive was very curt and nasty. This is someway to do business.
